- 3. Move your mouse over ‘Our Services’ and click ‘Subscribe’
- 4. Enter your details carefully, all fields marked with * are compulsory. Read the instructions on your right hand under each field for more instructions

a. Please Note: Select a default ‘subscription type’. You can always indicate other subscription details when paying subsequently on the Notes field. You can always pay for a third party; simply indicate this on the Notes field.
- 5. Once you have confirmed all your details are filled correctly, please click the ‘NEXT’ button
- 6. Personal Details page will be opened, please fill all compulsory fields, all compulsory fields are marked with *, also look at your right hand side for more instructions, then click ‘NEXT’
- 7. ‘Payment Choice’ page will be opened. To make payment online, click the drop down field with the ‘Select Payment Method’ and choose ‘Interswitch’ then click ‘Continue’
- 8. ‘Electronic Payment’ page will be opened and then click ‘Continue’ OR click ‘Back’ to edit your details.
- 9. ‘Inetrswitch Payment’ page is opened, Click ‘PAY’ to continue
- 10. ‘Webpay’ page is opened, select your card type and proceed to fill in your details and click ‘Pay’
- 11. ‘Confirmation’ page is opened and input your token code here and proceed.
- 12. A reference code will be generated for you on the screen and a copy of the reference will be forwarded to your email address, please keep these details until all issues are sorted out or until your subscription expires.
- 13. You will need to verify your account before you can log-in to the tard payment system. An automated mail will be sent to you immediately your registration process is successful with the subject ‘New Account’ click on the link in that mail that says Please click here or to verify your account…………..

- a. Please note, password is included in the same verification mail, you will need this password to access your account for the first time.
- 14. To login for the first time after successfully verifying your account, go back to step 1 or 2. Type in your e-mail address and the password sent to your inbox.
- 15. Once you log-in, you can move your mouse over ‘My Dashboard’

- a. Click on ‘My Profile’ to view and click on ‘edit profile’ to change your profile including setting new password and choosing a user name.
- b. Click on ‘My Subscription’ to view your subscriptions and on ‘complete process’ to complete any failed payment.
- c, Click on ‘My Payment History’ to view all your payments till date.
- d. Click on ‘My Subscription biller’ not active yet
- e. Click on ‘Subscribe Now’ to renew your subscription or pay for a third party, like friends or family member.
- 16. You can also move your mouse over ‘My Messages’ and you have ‘Inbox Messages’ and ‘Sent Messages’
