Tard Engineering Ltd is basically a Telecommunications company and has cut a niche for itself in the installations of low current devices/services in its entirety. We are basically a System Integrations company (SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS) in Voice/Video and Data services. Some of our services amongst other things are:
